3 Day IHC Educator - ECEC (15933) Bridgeman Downs

3 days per week with a child aged 4 years
Rate:  $42.65 - $48.03 (L3-L5) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

A wonderful family require a dedicated Educator to support their young son through the In Home Care program.
This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong connections and making a genuine difference in a child’s day-to-day life.
Their son has complex medical needs, so the family is looking for an Educator who is confident taking guidance from an OT, to help support his goals and routines in a consistent and positive way.
Experience supporting children with Autism and non-verbal communication would be highly regarded.
This role would suit someone who is calm, patient, kind and open to learning.
You’ll also need to be active and physically able to keep up and supervise the little one who loves swimming, running, trampolining and staying on the move.

DRIVING REQUIRED

You must: 
- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
- Provide at least 3 references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example:  visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
