Located at Nicky’s Kids Town ELC — a boutique early childhood service nestled alongside the beautiful Lane Cove National Park.
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and passionate leader to guide our premium boutique early childhood centre. The Centre Director will play a key role in fostering strong relationships, delivering high-quality care, and building meaningful community connections.

What You Will Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience as a Centre Director, or strong experience as a 2IC/Assistant Director ready to step into leadership
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and child development, particularly for children aged 0–2 years
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR Certificate, and Child Protection training
