About the role:

Act as a vigilant advocate for child safety, ensuring strict adherence to child protection protocols, active supervision, and the absolute psychological and physical safety of all children.

Assist in the planning and implementation of high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational programs.

Foster positive, secure, and respectful relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider community.

Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously elevate your skills and knowledge.

Adhere to all Kindikids policies, procedures, and national regulations governing early childhood education and care.
About You:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who lead by example, particularly regarding child safeguarding values and behaviours. To be successful, you will possess:

A deep commitment and understanding of child protection, demonstrating the awareness, accountability, and integrity required to champion a child-safe environment.

A genuine passion for working with children and a holistic commitment to their care and education.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members.

A highly responsible, ethical, and reliable approach to your work.

A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Sound knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations and mandatory child protection reporting requirements.
Mandatory Compliance & Clearances:

A current and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
