Locations: Edensor Park, NSW

Role Type: Full Time

  • Act as a vigilant advocate for child safety, ensuring strict adherence to child protection protocols, active supervision, and the absolute psychological and physical safety of all children.

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational programs.

  • Foster positive, secure, and respectful relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider community.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously elevate your skills and knowledge.

  • Adhere to all Kindikids policies, procedures, and national regulations governing early childhood education and care.

About You:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who lead by example, particularly regarding child safeguarding values and behaviours. To be successful, you will possess:

  • A deep commitment and understanding of child protection, demonstrating the awareness, accountability, and integrity required to champion a child-safe environment.

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a holistic commitment to their care and education.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members.

  • A highly responsible, ethical, and reliable approach to your work.

  • A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • Sound knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations and mandatory child protection reporting requirements.

Mandatory Compliance & Clearances:

  • A current and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
