About the Role

Working collaboratively within our 59-place licensed long day care and preschool facility, you will:

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development (aged 0–5 years).
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels supported to thrive.
• Foster authentic partnerships with families, staff, and the broader community.

Essential Criteria

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or current approved study toward qualification).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
• Current ACECQA-approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
• Completed (or willingness to complete) mandatory National Child Safety Training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proof of valid rights to work in Australia.
