5 DAY IHC EDUCATOR - ECEC (15958) CAPELLA (LIVE IN)

5 days per week with children aged 8 years, 5 years & 3 years
Rate:  $41.94 - $53.24 (L1-L5) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Flex with times ( Educator may be required to start earlier some days but can also finish earlier)

This family would like:
Looking for an energetic, warm and flexible Educator to join a welcoming family on a rural property.
The Educator’s primary responsibility will be the education and care of the family’s youngest child, aged 3 years.
The little one loves being outdoors, spending time around the animals, riding their bike, drawing, painting and getting involved in hands-on activities.
The role will include providing engaging, play-based learning experiences, arts and crafts, outdoor play, supporting mealtimes and nap routines, and encouraging the child’s independence and development.
There will also be opportunities for safe, supervised involvement with animals and age-appropriate activities around the property.
Family is looking for someone who is energetic, fun, creative and flexible, enjoys being outdoors, is comfortable around animals and can naturally fit into family life while maintaining professional boundaries.
A fantastic role for someone who enjoys rural life, working with young children and turning everyday experiences into fun learning opportunities.
Mum homeschools the two older siblings, allowing the Educator to primarily focus on the youngest child. At times, the Educator may also care for the older children once their homeschooling has finished.
This is a live-in role with accommodation provided or live-out if Educator lived locally.

DRIVING REQUIRED

You must: 
- NO QUALIFICATION NECESSARY, however preferable to either be working towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or hold another IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
- Provide at least 3 references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example:  visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
