SCECS currently operates Outside School Hours Care and Early Childhood services at several Catholic schools and Parishes within the Sydney Archdiocese. As part of our dynamic growth strategy and mission, we are now opening a 40-70 place before & after-school care service on the beautiful grounds of Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in Mosman. Utilising the School Hall, you will be looking after and caring for children within the age range of 5-12, with the majority of them attending Kindy-year 4 at the school. Centre Director – Preschool and Long Day Care

We have an exciting opportunity for two highly experienced Directors to be the foundational Directors of our new state of the art, purpose built buildings (40 places) for the below locations that are due to open in May 2019. St John of God Catholic Church, AUBURN St Therese Catholic Church, SADLEIR-MILLER About the opportunity: The Director of the centre will work closely with the Parish community and be fully supported by the SCECS management team. The role is focused on providing leadership in ensuring high quality education and care provision. The Centre Director is responsible for managing all day to day aspects of the service’s operations while maintaining strong relationships with children, parents and team members. We are seeking an experienced and highly personable Administration Officer to support one of our new Long Day Care centres on a part time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrator to take ownership of all administrative duties required to assist a newly opened Long Day Care centre in running effectively and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work in a state of the art, purpose built building in one of the below locations that are due to open in April 2019. St John of God Catholic Church, AUBURN St Therese Catholic Church, SADLEIR-MILLER Your new role: The Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient, accurate, timely and effective administrative support and assistance to the Centre. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, email management, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as required, accounts support, enrolling children and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining fee documentation, ensuring rooms and office area are appropriately stocked and tidy and all other general ad hoc duties. You will also contribute to the smooth running of the centre by building rapport with parents. You will be the face of the centre, greeting family members on arrival and departure, dealing with their enquiries and assisting where necessary to help create a safe, supportive and informative environment for both children and relatives.
